Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Timeframe: Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
  • Implications of Cancellation Request: There are no cancellation charges or processing fees for customers upon canceling an order.
  • Refund Process:
    • For payments made via Credit/Debit Card, Net-Banking, and Digital Wallets, refunds will be issued to the respective payment account. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 working days after the order is canceled.
    • Please note that refund timelines may vary based on the credit card issuing bank's processing time. While we initiate the refund promptly, delays from the bank's end are beyond our control.
  • Cancellation Post-Shipping:
    • If an order has already been shipped, customers must contact Shri Radhey Electrical's customer care helpline at +91 9999297272 or email us at shriradheyelectricals@gmail.com to request cancellation.
    • While efforts will be made to hold the shipment upon cancellation request, we cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be honored once the order has been shipped.
